But your still wrong about the facts, people run cooler t stats for a reason, not because its a bandaid for not knowing how to tune.

People run them because there cheap and easy. Do they really make a difference. Probably not.

hm, weird.

running the motor colder is old school. they did it before they had a way to tune. colder thermostats go right along with MAF scaling devices, 110 octane, and excessively cold plugs just to run small pulleys and make fast times without having to tune for it. if you tune a car well, you dont need it to run colder.
