If you want a scare, try this...

While working on the car I had to unplug some electrical connections and vacuum lines from the throttle body. Try starting the car with the IAC unplugged, TPS unplugged, and the vacuum line at the TB removed.

Lots of squealing noise. Engine lugging, then die. Then I realized what I did.
When I did my XP, headered, ported gen 3 42.5 top swap on my GT I did something kind of stupid, It was 11 at night I was pissed since nothing was going right, thought everything was done, and I started my car, ran really really rough, but it had a ****ty tune, anywho I found out I ended up not hooking up my rear 3 injectors and it ran, and idled by itself. . . . 3cyl ftw

shortly there after my MAF, MAP, and O2 all died. . . . I melted my 5 volt referance wire on my rear header, put 400 miles on it with no working sensors, only code I has was a MAF code, and both did it run pig rich, and I had to two foot it at every stop, needless to say, no dyno day for me. . . . .

so I ordered a N* kit thinking my maf was dead, then I found out my LQ4 didn't work. . . . I later found the problem, after I tore my blower off because of a blower gasket boost leak. . . . and then 2 months later my trans went out. . . . . it's been a super problem child but I think it likes me again and we are on our way
