It doesn't always knock... you know I can turn back the timing, up the pulley and the car never knocks. That was just to see how much I can squeeze out of it.

    You have a baby cam.

    And need a stronger valvetrain.

    Get at it.

I have an XP cam with 105# springs. You're telling me to change out my cam to a bigger one, which would require headwork, springs, a full tear down of the motor to the shortblock, and other supporting mods to maybe make 30whp more.

At the end of all that effort I still have a horribly inefficient blower and make less than what the TVS will without going through all that hassle.

Best I can find right now. Thats on a 3.25 pulley stock l67 injectors 12.3 afr with a lean out issue and yes injector drop off. so I droped 2-3 degrees of timing to be safe.I was trying to figure out, and pulled my 60's out to see if they were the issue(I was runing e85 about 8 months ago). If your really interested I have over 200 scans on my home CP im at work. Anyways heres the car and mod list http://www.grandprixforums.net/green...-gt-42587.html oh and on a 3.25 I run 10ish PSI depending on temp

    Probably headers.

But jesus...you'll gain 30 horse from just headwork.

Your not looking at the big picture Flakey...ported heads/bigger cam/injectors/pulley/retune...now your looking at over 50 horse. Now your probably past your TVS swap...with the same "crappy" Eaton.

You're telling me to ditch my XP and 105s to do a full motor tear down that will require lots of money and lots of work and I'm just not interested in doing that.

I don't care about the $500 I may or may not get for my GenV with the MPS and pullies. If I don't get what I want for it I'll hang it on my wall.

My car has gone 12's on all season tires full weight street trim on 93 pump gas. I also made over 300whp using the same recipe...

People are real quick to attack my methodology...

Not really just saying the TVS is kinda pointless until the tune and injector issue is fixed 1st.
