A smaller pulley is serious business. You need more mods to even consider a 3.4". Oh, and it's called a PCM, not ECU.

    cam, intercooler, headers, rockers, etc.

you need a definate large mod level to run a 3.25 or less. dont blow your car up if you dont need to.

To run a 3.4", you should have an intake, DP, colder plugs, some say a tstat, pcm tune. Probably be a good idea to swap out the DP for headers since you'll need them if you ever make the jump to 3.25".

You can't just throw a pulley on and call it a day.

i would start with exhaust and cai! start with a 2-2 1/2in exhaust straight back than maybe a 3" downpipe! than get a cai!! than start worrying about fuel than move onto whatever from there!!

A good Downpipe, good intake and a PCM tune will pretty much tear up any rice.
