I ordered one off of ebay 1 week ago, still waiting for it to be delivered. This one has 105k and says it does run. I think I paid 780 shipped to residential (40$ charge)

Gonna have to order gaskets soon

Is the bolt by the started on the trans side with wires going to it threaded into the block? I have the ***** bolt out, the trans to block out, but that one is still in. I cant figure out if its a bolt or not, it doesnt like to move.

I bought a used L67 from the junkyard, the supercharger had a bad coupling, the harmanonic balancer was jammed on 10-20 degrees wrong, and 3 out of 6 pistons were "chipping." Of course the junkyard claimed the motor had 90k but I have yet to hear the junkyard claim more than 100k on any motor.
I got about a year out of this motor until I had monster blowby and now I am rebuilding.
Parts are not cheap, but the satisfaction of having the engine be completely new will hopefully pay off. Good luck

Ya I figured that out yesterday afternoon. Now on the new motor I got 2 water pump bolts that snapped off. Its never smooth sailing for me this year.
