Imma go with needle bearings...OR...the snout shaft might have been damaged during the pulley install since its a press-on.
Take the belt off and check all your pullies first. They all should turn nice and smooth, and not "grab" as you turn them. Spin the SC pulley, see how that feels too. It should feel smooth, and slightly resistant since you're spinning the rotors.
When you get a noise after you do something, check everything that you touched to do your mods. You could have tweaked an idler pulley while you were messing around with it.
i tried some wd40 on the idler pulley by just trying to clean it of with a rag with it on there and started the car up and it went away. after driving for while and left the car off about 2 hours or so and it comes back, could it be the idler? i also know that when my pulley was changed the shop left my stock size belt on instead of a tighter belt.. could that have anything to do with this?
Which pulley is squeaking?

A wrong sized belt will make it squeal.
Belt squeal associated with something like this isn't constant, it usually only squeals when one part of the belt makes contact with a pulley. Like when coolant gets on a belt sometimes you'll hear a squeak, then a pause, and then a squeak once again when that one slick part of the belt comes in contact again.
This actually sounds like a needle bearing on the idler going out. The ones that typically tends to go out is the grooved one on the very front under the coil packs, 8 in the picture, or also 9.
im gonna try to take it to a shop tomorrow and see whats wrong cause they installed my 3.4 pulley
this is a horrible idea! If you know its that pulley don't waste that shops time when it is nothing they did. just replace the pulley and be done with it!
if you are not sure it is that pulley remove the belt and spin it by hand if it makes noise or feels crunchy then replace it!
I only say this because as someone who works in a shop I know that when customers come back and say that I caused something completely unrelated it just ticks me off. especially if I call to tell the guy what it actually is and he goes "oh yeah I kinda thought it was that"
So do some simple diag. and if it turns out to be the super charger bearings then talk to the shop. I should say though that when I went to my 3.5 my old sc did the same thing as yours and it was just the bearings in the case. It had nothing to do with the pulley install causing damage it was just that spinning it faster made the noise show up at idle, it had been there the entire time but I couldn't hear it over the engine noise as it started to rev up to get the sc to spin faster.
I see no problem taking it to the shop and just bringing it to thier attention... It doesnt mean telling them they screwed it up. Just means they did the work they know what they did they would have an easier time tracking it down. If it comes out to be the pulley he can just replace it then. If its a good shop they wouldnt mind dooing the diagnostic to prove they did the job right.
I agree completely with what you say but I would just caution the op to address this with some caution as to make sure the tech does not feel that you are accusing him of causing the problem. Also like I said with my sc, it may have been nothing they did and is just a result of spinning the blower faster at idle
He brought the car to our shop - Kratos Concepts - here in Houston =p. We installed the headers + welded the down pipe pieces together, modular pulley system, plugs, thermostat, and a custom tune.
Ive installed quite a few pulleys over the last 5-6 years. First off, the supercharger pulley pullers (no matter the make - they are all pretty much the same) does not put any type of side load on the snout so I cant imagine how any bearing could get damaged. Ive never had any noises come about from installing a pulley.
That being said, he recently had his supercharger coupler changed (two months ago). The snout is leaking a tiny bit and the fluid inside looks pretty dirty and dark already. We double checked the idler pulleys, tensioner pulleys, etc and he ended up replacing two of them just for piece of mind.
The supercharger wasnt making much of any noise and there was maybe what I would describe as a "**** hair" of play when twisting the supercharger pulley. To me it feels like it could possibly be a tiny bit of wear on the gears of the rotors where they arent super tight anymore... possibly from being run with old fluid for a long time? Im not sure but Ive seen them have wear in them like that before.
I went over almost everything with a stethoscope and didnt find any definite place that has strange noises coming out of it. I told him to report back if there is still noise coming from anything so we can try to figure it out - too bad he lives like 40 miles away =(.
Well atleast you have someone thats willing to work with yougood work Tengis happy to see your willing to continue service gives you a good name my friend
Is the back of the pulley hub rubbing the metal on the nose seal, that's what is sounds like to me , or the retaining clip might have popped off the seal, and is rubbing around in there.
Nope. Not rubbing. Retaining clip is still there also.
