    The heat shield on my car keeps rattling. And after many times of trying to put in new rivets to keep it tight on the one corner, it still rattles. Just wondering if it would be ok to cut off the shield and fix it for good?
    S2 I/C, ZZP FMHE, 3.0", TOGS, FWI, 3" DP, 42.5 lb. injectors, 1.9's, 104's, Fuel pump rewire, Flowmasters, ZZP machined intake, N*, LQ4, ZZP Fuel Logs w/ PRJ regulator, AN Fuel lines, Ported I/O Gen 3, F-body 12in Brakes, 8 rib, HPTuner

    BTW this is the heat shield above the cat. You forgot to mention that Travis

    If its an aftermarket cat, it probably has its own heat shield. Should be sufficient.

    Why thank you andrew! Yes, its a zzp downpipe with a magnaflow high flow cat on it

    Yep, looks like my cat. I am going to try a different style of rivet tomorrow, and if that doesnt work its getting cut! Thanks for the help guys'
