I mocked up my throttle body adapter (LS1) to my supercharger and sat it on my intake. I didn't think of this at the time, but now, it's blocking the egr port on the intake, which is fine b/c I have the header welded closed. On the last engine, I just hooked it up to look operational, now I can't even bolt it on. There a specific epoxy to use? Thanks

I read the op a could times.. not sure he has any room, like putting a penny ON it wouldn't let his "throttle body addaptor" be flush. I think he's just trying to fill up the hole..
    I could be wrong though

cut the flanges off the egr and use some epoxy to close up the holes in them. bolt them back onto the LIM and rear manifold/header and be done with it. maybe a little RTV to help seal it.

I think the jb weld will work best. My adapter is almost flush with the intake, so I don't really have an option of something that sticks out. Thanks guys!

When you have a nice thing, you do nice things for it. I've heard of the occasional problem with the penny mod.
