a) too much money for that mileage, by at least $1000.
b) look for lower intake manifold gasket leaks (oil or coolant around the cavities where the blower meets the lower intake), listen to the supercharger (if it rattles at idle the coupler might be gone [~$30 part]), make sure all the fluids are good, take it out for a drive and make sure it shifts smoothly at part throttle and WOT when cold and hot, look around for any signs of leaks, etc.
you can get another genIII blower for like $200 all day long.
