I currently have my car at the garage having a set of SD Headers installed. I just called the mechanic and he is almost done installing them, but he says the front header is touching directly a harness that runs underneath it and that he can't move the harness, he is planning to re use the heat shield on the stock manifolds to separate them.
Has anyone else had this problem when installing them? How did you fix it?
He also says that the same front header is too close, but not touching the radiator fans, can this be also an issue with the high temps melting them down?
