No, that is NOT the point of plug wires, there's a whole lot more to it than that. Static DC resistance doesn't correlate very well to a high voltage pulse from the ignition coils. If anything, lower resistance can mean more EMI/RFI which can screw with all of the electronic sensors in the vehicle, not to mention things like EFI. There are various methods of achieving this. If low resistance was the goal, we'd all be running solid core wires, but nobody runs those.
The ZZP wires are OK. The only thing they really gain over stock is durability, so you can judge for yourself if they're worth the money.
