thnx for the replies everyone, i got the actuator installed, with new lines...and discovered a ripped vacuum line (under the blower snout?) .so i think thats what was causing the car to stall even after i installed the new actuator. Got new vacuum line from autozone, ready to install, but the T shaped link (that connects the lines) broke off fairly quickly as i was pulling on it. why in god's name are all these parts plastic?! i mean, at least reinforce the INSIDE of the T's with metal...god, i just want to get my car running again!
