Just looking for who is using them, how many miles, how much boost turbo or M90'd, and what head gaskets you are running. Thanks!

DeanGTP is, along with those high dollar Cometic head gaskets. IIRC, it's around 11lbs of boost with a GenV.

    Might ask him though.

Im planning on running ARP head studs, I havent looked to see if there are ARP bolts for our flywheel to TC, but if there is then I'll be doing those as well. Exhaust manifold bolts/studs would be nice too.

    I'm sporting them as well.

Miles...don't know for sure...been about 3-4 years now I guess. I have reused them once already when I did a tear down and replaced my piston rings with file to fit rings.

How much boost? I'd say 10-11 PSI on my GenV easy.

Sporting the MLS head gaskets as well. On the fist build, they went in dry out of the package. I reused them as well, and didn't want to take chances with that, so used copper spray the second time around. Still fine to this day.

    Side notes/personal opinions:
If your building an engine - buy them!
If your installing "worked" heads - buy them!

They are money well spent for the fact they are reusable, and pretty much bomb proof.

Need tips on installing them, trouble and worry free? I would be happy to help you out with all the little tricks of the trade.

i got em. running ~9 psi now that its warm outside. felpro head gaskets. running on around 8 months on my setup.

the only gripe i have on them is that i feel they are harder to get to "seal" than the stock tty bolts. im not sure if its still there, but for the longest time the cornor stud on the front head weeped coolant, but it never went in the oil. i cant tell you if it still does, havent watched it that much.

Well I think I am going to get a few sets, one for my cutty and another for a build I am doing now. I ran 16.5 lbs boost on my old 95 w/L67 and stock head bolts and felpros. Nothing like the scream of a 2.6 pulley NON IC'd! Well just say LOTS of alky hehehehe. That motor has around 60K on it now and never had a hiccup. Just looking for a little extra insurance running upper teens in the boost department with turbos on both cars.

I am running them with .065" MLS headgaskets on 13psi. I bought them used, I installed them once and now have it tore down again and plan on using them again. I never had a leak the first time, just make sure to use good pipe dope.

I've got them on my car, only at around 9psi with Cometic's.

Friend is using ARP studs and Felpro head gaskets and DD's 20psi T-66 Turbo set up, along with a 23-25psi happy mode. Never hurt the head gaskets (yet). Broke a few 15/16" chains though .....

That is definately what I am looking for, thanks! I wasnt sure the limit that guys were pushing the stock/felpros and thought it was upper teens in boost but it makes me feel better seeing the 20 number as someone else is doing it.

I have prolly 8k on ARP studs. I use the MLS Gaskets and they hold up well. I have ported heads and a cam so I am around 10 pounds of boost.

i was told if you get head studs u need to rrun mls, and if you get mls gasket u need to run head studs, studs are for the mls's and normal bolts are for felpro or normal gasket..

how can that be true? why would you need one with the other, completely seperate parts and dont affect one another besides the clamping power with the studs vs. bolts.
