Hey peeps, I have a 2004 monte carlo ss supercharged and I was looking to upgrade the exhaust. I went to a local mechanic and he told me to get magnaflows with no cats, what do you guys suggest?

magnaflows sound good most will say keep the resinator

What kind of magnaflows? They quoted me 320$ will it be cheaper if I buy the mufflers myself??

keep your cat and resonator. do whatever you want for mufflers.

i paid 300 for mine including ubend delete and new piping

I just replaced my resonator with a glasspack, essentially the same..... i think.
I used hooker aero chamber, but there HEAVY as hell!

keep the res, mine sounded like shizzy under acceleration. I got it put back on.
