i have done a good bit of reearch into this but cat figure these things out

    1. a local speed shop mechanic said i didn't need a tune since i already have the GTP computer (meaning only the N/A computer needs a tune.)

    2. what modifications do i need to do in order to safely use the higher compression engine? im already planning FWI, headers and maybe some port cleaning up

    thanks in advance!

the L67 PCM cant control your L36 transmission. did they tell you that?

headers should be good to go for the stock pulley, but anything beyond that and you'll want more to satisfy the flow needs of the engine.

I'm using a gtp bin file now, works just fine, actually way better than my modded gt file. just need to get the 3.29 tuned in there

the transmission is what came with the car originally with the engine, so it should work(it is a GTP)

oh, i didn't realize you had a gtp already, you might have to tune it so it's less aggressive

so if i swap it, headers and FWI i should be ok, but should get a tune to be safe.
