ok so the fuel pump engages when it wants to. i'll turn the key to accessory and sometimes it won't engage at all, and then again sometimes it does and starts up just fine.

there's no other fuel problems that i'm aware of and it just started doing this in the past couple days. and its really loud i can hear the fuel pump engaging even when it's running. i put i new fuel filter on and it's well tuned up.
