the mounts are all tight and not moving?

Nice video, my guess is the power is moving to the next weak point - which is prolly the stock cradle mounts, that is the primary suspect on mine now that ive replaced the motor mounts (today) - ive never taken the cradle off so ill i really dont know that much about it, nor have i attempted any maintenance to the links at all but its what ties the motor trans suspension and everything to the car, so far as i can tell all the bushings for it on mine are rubber, also for the 04+ cars there are some sections of this that are different for w/ sport suspension vs standard when browsing through the gm parts direct site for an 04-08 grand prix
Under front suspension - suspension mounting - upper insulator front or rear
I dunno if there is enough play in the cradle on your video to explain the rocking, i could see it moving some but not that much, is it possible the radiator support is flexing since you're putting it in gear and giving it no other option?
Edit: also if the sub frame is playing it will do it more actually driving rather than being on a lift with the brake held, since you are currently containing the pressure internally to the car, the torque from the trans is applied to the wheels then to the strut tower and back to the cradle. Compared to being on the ground in drive where it will try to move the entire assembly in the direction you are accelerating, while bringing the rest of the car along for the ride.
