ok so i am about to start ordering parts for my gtp and here is what i am going to do as far as mods.
    -FWI
    -SSAC headers
    -1.9 rockers
    -ported TB and SC
    -DPH PCM
    -180* T-stat
    -104 autolites and new wires
    -modular pulley system

so i was going to go with the 3.4 pulley but do you guys think i could go smaller? also does any one else have the same or similar set up; if so what were the results?

I have the same set up and boosting 11 on a bad day and 13 on a good day with 0 k*.You can go to a 3.2 but i would stick with the 3.4 if it is your DD IMO. Let us know how it turns out.

Stick with the 3.4 and run as much timing as possible with 0 KR. I was running a 3.3 with 18* on pretty much the same set-up. Every car is different but you should be good with the 3.4 to start.

That's the same setup I will have once my headers get here....
If at all possible get a tune from somebody who can tune your car, not just a mail order tune.
That 3.4 setup will be awesome for a DD.

3.4 is okay for a DD. its quick, but thats it. with the right track prep and the ability to drive you can run mid 13s with it. that will beat most anything on the road that is willing. it got old for me and i started looking at smaller pulleys and different parts very soon afterwards.

very nice thanks a lot guys ill go with the 3.4 for my DD and also order the 3.2 so i can throw that in when i feel like getting nasty!!! hahah ill post some picks when im done. ill start to actually mod when it gets warmer out and its not so wet and sloppy (MN weather) i also plan on polishing my SC and misc. aluminium parts along with my fuel rails maybe paint a few parts under the hood too. i like that big GTP stencil on the hood liner that kyle99gtp did in the how to section

If you are going to polish it you may as well port it while it's off the car.

ya thats one of the mods i have listed up above. i meant while i have it off to do the port and polish on the inside i am going to sand it progressively up to 1000 grit and then polish the outside for appearance purposes. should look like chrome when its done i did the same thing for my Honda cr125 frame and it looked awesome
