Just clarifying. Not saying you guys are wrong, but I read somewhere else on this forum that if you are running between 6 and 12 lbs of boost to run a .050 gap. he is peaking at ~11.5lbs

11.5 im only 2 pounds higher? his must be bad boost cuz of restrictions?
Do you mean bad boost as in higher or lower?
My car has a 3.4 and I only run a peak of 7.5 lbs. I know my car needs a tune, but I was wondering if getting a tune will make the boost go up. That would not make sense to me being that it is a belt driven supercharger and boost goes up with rpm. Just thought I would throw it out there and ask since some of you have been so helpful with the other stuff.
having a restrictive engine = more boost
so in his case, not having the proper exhaust mods.
like bad boost as in false boost..aka like boost stacking
do tr6s or tr5s i forget
colder temperature plugs will help a little, not much.
tr6's, tr5's are stock or apparently one range cooler, not sure i trust that one though.
I thought i typed it must have deleted it. Maybe a degree or so. Nothing major.
ur 94 formula..that 350 or lt1?
I was gonna say... LT1's were 350 SBC's with a few changes from the gen I
sorry! i meant LT1 or LS1 my fault
94 couldn't be LS1 unless it was aftermarket.
lol i raced a old school formula and it had red/orange #%) lettering on the fender i think..he flicked me off after i smoked him
