well we swapped out filter housing, threw on a mobil 1 filter, cranked it up.. sounds fine at idle, filter gasket didnt blow out... 3-4k rpm rod starts knocking pretty good. At least i can drive it to the junkyard to get the motor swapped out now would be crazy if by chance i bought 2 bad oil filters for the gasket to blow out twice.
