    Did the tap work for you? i did this same thing to my snout. i know i had the puller on correctly but somehow it got stripped.(this was not my first time swapping pulleys) but mine is about four or five threads that are stripped
    3.4 pulley, Wizaired intake, 3" catless dp, 160* tstat, Shortened dogbones, Ported manifolds, aftermarket mufflers, 103's, zzp pcm

    the tap worked great!


    I did wish I had an MPS after the ordeal was over.... which shouldn't have been a big deal.....


    old belt+vce grips held the snout just fine during the tapping process and I drove it for about a week (over 500 miles) without a belt on the supercharger with no problems either.

    - 3.4 pulley, tune by Boostd1/CLINT@AIR, Short Ram Intake, PLOG, 3" ZZP Downpipe, AL 104's, 180* t-stat, Impala STB & 12" cross drilled/slotted/zinc washed rotors, DDM HID's, and put in a heads up display for now...
