ok just got my car out of the body shop after being hit (not hard) got in the car runs great (like normal) left the body shop needed to merge into traffic got on it VERY LOUD exhaust leak and very slow choppy acceleration. let off the gas as soon as no more boost was present the exhaust leak was gone and car ran just fine. i looked at it and have realized i have a broken (lower) motor mount. would explain the exhaust leak at high acceleration. i have searched online and from what i can see there are 2 lower and 2 upper motor mounts and 1 transmission mount. is this correct? the exhaust leak appears as soon as boost is being made and the car gets hesitant and only gets worse as more boost is introduced. im hoping the hesitation is just a cause of the exhaust leak. the car accelerates just fine as long as there is no boost present. and there is very little to no leak in the exhaust (at flex pipe) without boost. i can rev the car in nutral and it rev's just fine with boost. please help. i know i have a bad mnt. just hoping with the torque of the motor its causing the other problems. and i need to know how many lower motor mounts the car has. THANKS!!

take it back to body shop and tell them it got loud and shook, leave it at that. it WAS part of the accident/didn't do it before. try that. 1 lower motor mount and 1 trans mount and 2 dogbones up top.
