Perfectly normal. Its the Idle Air Control valve.
98 GTP - Autolite 104s, wires, 180* t-stat, fwi, catless dp and plog, glasspack res, Reptile tuned PCM, tinted tails.
91 Toyota MR2 Turbo - 327RWHP 322RWTQ 11.48@122mph
03 BMW 325i - tint. stock.
