    i checked my coolant and it was low for some reason so i refilled it
    i know silly mistake right
    1998 white grand prix gtp - speed daddy headers & ported supercharger
    1982 z28 Camaro - all original with only 80k miles and rust free - slow as heck

    i was born and raised as a child of chevy so ford has always been a turnoff for me.
    i look at imports to piss my dad off lol

    whoa now, chevy runs in my viens, but i've cheated a little. mustangs are fine but dodges suck!!!MY next car is another fox body---the 351 roller motor is in the basement, just no car to put it in!!after that i want a 67 chevyII

    210 F isn't hot at all since the stock thermostat is around 195F. The glowing red from the front manifold I wouldn't call normal. Usually if they routinely glow, its a good indicator the catalytic converter is bad and GM had a TSB on this.

    Keep an eye on that coolant level over time, see if it drops mysteriously.

    Have you ever had your LIM gaskets replaced?

    the lim gaskets suck. i've replaced mine at 30k ago (car has 218k) they are leaking again. i ordered the aluminum ones from zzp for $52. stock type felpros are $50 at advance, an upgraded stock type is $96 at advance, so i got the aluminum one to try out.i just put in block sealer because i'm building another motor anyway. i hate to waste the good gaskets on a worn oout motor...easy job to do.
