Hey Guys, I was just wondering which brand and type of spark plugs do you all use or recommend? I just got my GTP a few weeks back and was planning to change them after putting new wires in it. I'd like to know if it makes any difference if I use copper, platinum or iridium. My car still has stock coils in it.

stock heat range is AL606. copper plugs perform better, but platinums last longer. copper plugs are also a bunch cheaper.

AL606's or 605's if you plan on putting a cold air or exhaust mods on it. But those 2 are recommended for the stock pulley size. 605's if you have a few mods...606's if your staying bone stock.

Thanks guys, just got the stock AL606's for now. Now I just need to change the fuel filter and I think I'll be finally done with getting the engine in shape. Freakin air filter poured sand when I took it off and the spark plug wires were caught between the engine mount and the valve cover. The engine coolant was pure mud also. I love it when you buy a car and you swear that it's in such a good shape and a few days after, you start finding things like this.

Anyway next I'll work with the looks. The whole front of the car is red including the grills, kinda looks neat, but I prefer the black contrast details at the bottom and at the grills. I'm also planning to change the headlight units for new black ones, but that's a different section thread.

    Thanks!

This calls for a sandy pic time.
