Ok rarely anymore do I get a chance to read a full post on here but I had time today.
1. When installing SSAC headers, do yourself a favor and get it on a lift... do the rear header first from under the car, and let it dangle dont tight just yet.
2. Lower car, now its time to put the front header in, along with the crossover... make sure both collectors and xover are connected before tightening.
3. Tighten bolts on front and Rear. ( failed to mention motor should be rocked forward. )
4. raise car and connect dp to Catback.. this can be a ***** just grab the catback and pull it forward as far as possible and you will be able to attach the clamp.
5. Put clamps on DP and Xover.
6. Grind EGR tube down 1/8 of an inch to allow it to seal or you too will end up with a 6-month-EGR-leak-that-sounded-just-like-Lifter-tick-til-you-do-a-cam-swap-and-find-out-it-was-an-EGR-Leak
7. put everything back on double check then triple check every thing. then start. drive. enjoy...
hope this helps SSAC's are awesome and even more awesome for the price... consider yourself briefed
