4" or 3" does it really matter going into a stock throttle body? If you want to get technical, then the 3" should be better. Less area = more velocity. Unless youre FI then I dont think you will really benefit much from going bigger. But I could be wrong....

WHY IS EVERYONE SO OPPOSED TO DOING A COMPRESSION TEST TO TROUBLESHOOT PROBLEMS?

This is the FI section, so I believe he has an FI setup. Yes, you should go four inch. It helps to compensate for any bends in the intake tubing before the TB. I would rather have more than enough flow, than not enough.

ROFL! Apparently you guys can't read. Unless stated otherwise, I have to ASSUME he has a gt because he stated so. But hey, just scratch the intake and spend 300 on an IC because that was oh so the question.....

OK, maybe a 3" at the smallest would be OK on a GT. Depends on future goals as well. If he is going to get a DP and an HV3 at some point I would want a four inch. But seeing as how he has a GT(why did you post this in the SC section then) the three would be OK and a lot better than stock. -Atleast I didn't recommend the intercooler....LOL
