Never had a problem out of mine either. I think Nick was under the hood one time when I didn't have the line plugged into the nozzle, and when I blipped the throttle, he got sprayed pretty good. LOL
We will see tomorrow when I crank it back on. I will report back.
black plastic check valve? My kit didn't come with anything of the sort. I just have one check valve and its connected to the 90 degree elbow at the nozzle. Heres a pic....
I'm of course running a DO kit. I've found no restrictions with or without the check valve. I primed it both ways before installing in the TB...
BTW, what fluid mix are you runnning? I'm running 50/50 water/meth DO brew currently. I still need to tune mine sometime. I'm running 10.7-11.0 on my wideband...
I am running the brass check-valve like you have. Bio included a black plastic one as well, so I tossed it inline near the nozzle, and I believe it was a source of restriction.
Right now I am just running -20 washer fluid. I am interested more in cooling and quenching knock over octane and running richer...plus I figured this was an easy place to start and I can step up more later if I want to.
