I need some tips. I ve got the bolts out of the main caps (including the side bolts) but i can only get #4 cap to come up. Anyone have any tips on how to get the other caps to come up. theres nothing to pry on and wiggling side to side isnt getting it either. they just rock an dont come up at all. any tips would be of a great help.

Assuming that you have the engine on a stand and turned over. Get a rubber mallet, and tap up on the end of the crank from the top of the engine (bottom from where you're standing) and this should jolt the caps loose. Then you should be able to get a small pry bar in between the block and the caps, and GENTLY pull them out.

Yup...and FWIW...I used a small rubber mallet on mine and attached a big pair of vice grips to each one and as I tapped it with the mallet I wiggled back and forth on the vice. Works pretty well.

Thanks for the help! i actually ended up getting them before i got back to the comp. Used 2 prybars with rounded ends in the holes and wiggled while holding the prybars towards eachother an pulling upward at the same time. they slowly but surely came up
