Well, I think it's something that needs to be done. Cores are getting harder to find mint. Be nice to be able to find some extra performance in there somehow also.

gun drill each lobe of the rotors, balance em, slot em for teflon strips, coat the gears...low drag bearings...where will it stop! madness i say madness lol

He sounds like he's kidding but Ive often wondered if it would be possible to do the "gun drill each lobe of the rotors, balance em," part. Is there any reason this wouldn't be a good idea?Originally Posted by turbocharged406sbc
Seems like it would eat a lot less HP to spin lighter rotors... I'm all for reducing rotating mass.
