Ok so my 98 GTP has been taking a while to start meaning you have to crack it a few times before it starts.. well recently my car started stuttering every time i give it gas, so i bought a fuel pump installed it and that completely fixed my starting problem but the stuttering is still there when i give it gas.. Also about a month ago i put in spark plugs so i know it's not that.. What next? it's very annoying when u wanna kick the crap outta some honda but cant because it's running like crap.. Im thinking wires next? i've had the same problem in other cars and usually the plugs fixed it but these are new so??? any ideas? thanks guys

Plug wires? If not coil packs or ICM (piece the coils sit on)...but most of the time it is wires or coils. Try those...btw is it a flashing ses light when it misses?

you bend one of the wires a little too much when putting on the new plugs? that could cause some exciting stuff while driving. it could be time for wires too

Sounds MAF related to me. Unplug the MAF sensor (the sensor on the front-top of the throttle body) and see if it runs any better. If it does, the MAF needs either cleaned or replaced.
