only thing i can think of is over/under torque or a bad bolt, that being said, i rotated the engine while installing the bolts and installed to the rec. ft#... so your guess is as good as mine....

Doubt I would even reuse that head after that...but that is just me...
forgot to take a picture of the bent pushrod (the one still in the head in the pic)
but heres the rest of the damage:
the "cap" was flush, and couldnt be removed at first, the retaining ring was just chillin there...
Im not a lifter expert, but I'm pretty sure this inst supposed to be on an angle :P
Head comes off tomorrow and goes into the shop to get check out, pretty sure i can get the remaining rocker bolt out.. They're not stock heads, so I REALLY dont want to give up on them unless they're FUBAR
