The rotors are already timed
They just need to be marked on the gears before they are disassembled
Use a Scribe to etch them
Then line up the marks you made on reassembly
They are timed

ANyone ever try deleting the "v" and making the whole opening square (taking out the silencer slits)like the intake manifold? Then the sc case will match the square intake manifold opening.
that V works with the rotors to actually make boost. if you open it up i would be surprised if you saw 1 pound of boost ever. you would totally destroy the case doing that. just extended the V so it doesnt have those stupid square parts in the cornor, but keep the same angle.
the angle matches the rotors.
just make it look like this, or i could do it for you.

once they get a nick in them, the powder coating flakes off.
Damn. The rotors I got had a couple small chips in them and I thought that was bad. I can't imagine what those chips did to the engine this blower came off.![]()
