Thats a perfect comparison between the 2, the unsealed one on the 1st page and your sealed one. did you have to go behind the slits on the inside to keep the aluminum epoxy from going further than you wanted?

just make sure its not raised and your good.
Gotcha! Thanks for all of the help.![]()
hope your porting it while its off.
Of courseYou'll be the one porting it haha. Have you done the slit fill before? I might just get you to do the whole thing and save myself
the hassle.
yes, i can do it no problem, its actually included in the price
Nice. This is just a little add questions, didnt wanna start a new thread for it since we're talking about s/c's and power anyways. Mine is bone stock, but I added a boost gauge to it today. I read around here that stockies average
about 6 but between 1st and 2nd at wot my gauge read 10psi. the vac reading
is right so i dont think its the gauge, is this something i should be concerned about?
This isnt a brag or anything, i just want to make sure i dont have a problem
to be concerned about if its almost doubling what it should be.
Seems like these numbers just keep getting lower. You can expect to see 8lbs of boost on a stock car.
Thanks, I'm not so worried about that then. Whew!
yea, it will get lower when you do mods like headers, ported blower, but yet you will gain power.
i didnt push it all the way up into the case. there is a little gap between where the inside of the case meets where the epoxy went. it is still closed up, but there is a small indent in them still. i also was afraid of messing up the clearance with the rotors.
