i got it running today memorial day. the carnage that was in the old one was unbelievable. we all know this started from extreme heat, which caused the piston to chip. which caused it to be kicked sideways in the block which caused the piston rod to break in a million pieces, which the crank hit the remainder of the rod and scarred the crank beyond recognition. also had found one bad lifter chipped at the bottom. of course it had failed intake gaskets. not any more, thanks to the block i got used with pistons, and a crank, and the heads. i rebuilt it transferring the cam and lifters, and all other stuff. has new gaskets throughout, its ready for another 170,000. i am excited, it is a beautiful car, and it goes! very nice. 2000 gtp coupe, white.
