    machined open inlets have to blend it still but i thought i would share...

    nice...now put some aluminum epoxy in all the holes minus the BBV.

    I like it. Those pics look a lot better than those other ones you sent me too. LOL


    What I did to my last one was sand the inside down with some 1000 grit. It was like glass when I was done. I think it turned out good.

    what was wrong with the other ones, they were progress pics. at that point i had not smoothed the inlet. right now i have the inlet 90% smoothed out now, just machined the inlet to 76 mm as in the photos and as of now im putting a v 45 degree cut on the outlet.

    Ill post pics. I might be offering these for sale also, you will get for $150, outlet work, inlet work, snout machined for smaller pulley and powdercoated color of choice, red,black,yellow,white,blue. More colors can be ordered upon request, i just stock those normally. can also put in new bearings and seals for extra.

    I gotcha now, basically beveling the edge. I thought you were talking about a new cut or something.
