Yes, they're 10.4MM. You can go to PRJ's website and he lists the width on there.
The number is pretty much just a part number. The difference is heat ranges.

103 is two heat ranges colder, you dont need them, you can run the stock plugs up until you get more mods, too cold of a plug and you'll waste gas
Autolite 606's are good plugs when putting in new ones...they are 1 heat range colder...then the 104's, then the 103's...

They are pretty much the same as the 606's...I just know that they sell them and they might be JUST a bit cooler than 606's but not as cold as 104's.
