I vote for switching to any of the new G05 coolants. Thay are long life, and suposed to be compatible with just about any vehicle and older tech AF.

I went went with the Prestone Global amber colored coolant which is billed as being a "for life" fill.

I had this in the 2001 Durango I recently parted ways with, and it was quite trouble free.
