Honestly, if you dont go with the 3.29s you WILL need a single shain setup when its all said and done. Someone correct me if Im wrong but aren our trannys only good till about 300 whp? If so you will be well over that....just something else you might wanna look at...

why do you need a single chain setup?

300 whp? hah! the transmission will only last if you treat it right. im on a 135k mile non-HD tranny and it still works perfectly.

its all how you drive...You could have a 600hp setup but if you grandma it of course the tranny will be fine...Im just saying if you built a car to go 300 and above your gonna smash on it every now and then...otherwise whats the point???? and when you smash on it you dont want anything to...well....smash lol

well bio also claims he beats on his car like it owes him money. i dont think hes babying it that much. i think hard downshifts is what really does the most damage to the tranny.

i dont go WOT through first gear and i NEVER let my car do a 3-1 downshift. if i feel it going for it i let off. i also dont spin the tires for no reason and if i feel im only slipping one i let off immediately.

otherwise i really do beat my car like it owes me money.
