Well I got the first have of my birthday present I got for myself. [][][]
I have been wanting to intercool my car for a while, and after a lot of hard decisions I decided to go with a a s2ic from zzp. I also got a sweet deal on a set of used modular pulleys. I got a 3.4, 3.2, and 3.0. I am still trying to find someone in my area that could help me out with pulling the factory 3.8 and press on my new hub. I am still waiting on the modded fuel rails from zzp. I also have a new Bosch pump on order. In the instructions provided by zzp they mention shimming the coil bracket. Is there anyone who can shed some light on this? I am hoping to be slapping this on soon. I did a top swap a few thousand miles ago and I used those aluminum LIM gaskets. Is there any chance of reusing these? I also am getting my SD air dam in tomorrow. I have been wanting this for a LONG time. I cannot wait. So any way her a few pics. of what I have now. []

Yeah I pretty much said F**k it!!! I was really debating on what to do. I was stuck between: pulley, SSIC, and headers. Or cam, pulley and headers. But I decided to go: MPS, Full size I/C, and headers soon... I feel I made the right decision.

do a write up on the installation of the intercooler please, I think they need one in the how to section!

If possible your results before and after the installation.

Yeah I intend to document the install on this one. I am a little concerned about using the factory nylon fuel line for the l36 on the modded l67 rails. I tried talking to zzp and they never got back to me. I also want to make sure that the pump goes in the pass. side fenderwell so that it doesnt interfere with my f.w.i. I am not sure if I am going to run a res. or not.
