Works for me. I even deleted all my NAIOA cookies so I was no longer logged in as a member and it still works.

Maybe our admin is messing with what parts of the site unregistered users can and can't access.

Either way, it's a guide to replacing the coolant elbows. Might be worth registering to look at.
