Alright guys, I just pulled my rail off my L67, and on the nozzle end of the injectors , two of them lost that pressed on washer below the Oring (nozzle end). Can that be replaced with the orings, in a kit or something? On this 97 everything I touch breaks off.

Don't worry about it, clean it up carefully, put on a new oring and some vasoline onto the o-ring area to allow it to slip down without popping up or damaging the ring and you'll be fine... I did the same to several injectors while replacing the 1st engine, half the ones on the car don't have that gasket thing

Aftermarket performance injectors don't even have them

    Lucas 42.5 pound/hour Fuel Injectors

    Siemens 60.0 (65.0) pound/hour Fuel Injectors

Thanks for the tip, it crossed my mind for minute to do that, but I wasn't sure. The car ran great before I tore it down, and the injectors didn't look to dirty around the spray holes, so I figured why spend anymore money than I have to for new or rebuilt ones right now. I have enough parts to buy already to give this car another life. Thanks
