I'm going to attempt to bore my blower housing to accept the 75MM bore of the N* TB, but it looks as if the bore may have to go in at an angle, rather than straight on. Does anyone have any pointers or instructions for me?

Get a crosshatch bit or a cutting type. Don't wast you're money on a carbid bit one. You get get a lot of use out of a regular one.
It's not hard, Just take you're time. It really is not hard.
#1, get you a bit specifically for cutting aluminum. They will have these huge gnarly looking teeth, but they clean out nice when you're going to town. The smaller type that are used for steel will gum up when the aluminum gets soft.
Make your marks on the outside, and cut the hole to match your TB, then taper it down into the intake side of the supercharger. You won't be able to make it that big all the way down, but what you are looking for here is a smooth transition from throttle body to supercharger.
I have a bit designed for cutting aluminum, but it is just cylindrical. It doesn't have a taper to it. Should I get one like the ones used for P&Ping aluminum heads, with the taper?
