    A custom tune is a much better option than a canned tune PCM.
    It will be set up specifically for your car so you will not only be avoiding potential problems with a generic tune, but you will also be able to pull the best performance out of your engine.
    The other upside is that it is usually cheaper for a custom tune.

    We may be able to point you in the direction of someone that can help you out.

    I agree with most of the stuff above but the plog. If you want low 13's spend the money on the Headers. You'll think yourself later. Also look at getting a colder thermostat like 180* and Colder plugs to help with KR like Autolite 104's or NGK TR55's . Rockers are available from many vendors. If I had the money I would get Harland Sharp or ZZP's modified stock 1.9 rockers.
