In the spirit of not bull****ting, I'm calling you out as a liar.
So produce the emails to prove this situation or shut up.
You are incorrect in saying that we should do everything to help a customer.
It’s our goal to help customers because without them, we cannot run a business.
I will admit that Tim gave poor responses. In fact, they were downright horrible. Tim did not explain the situation to you or give thought out responses and he should have. I apologize for this problem on Tim’s behalf because those replies are totally unacceptable.
