Does the TPS read zero while running at idle?
If it does then it's still a vacuum leak. Probably the supercharger gasket or something. A smoke tester would let you see any leak.

TPS reads 0, any idea how possible it is the injector O-rings are causing a vacuum leak of this degree? They appear slightly wet right at the base, even after it has sat for a few days. I planned on taking them off and doing the O -rings this weekend but may look at the S/C gasket instead.
