What injector works best with E85? I know that zzp has some on their site but if I can get a set cheaper I'd like to. Will 42# be enough for a 3.4 pulley and header car or do I need 60# and a better fuel pump. I know I will need the 42# min from what I've read, but I don't want to drop 250$ on 42# injectors if they are going to run out of fuel too quick with future modding.
I've found some on Amazon and ebay that look like they're the right thing but I'm not sure if they will work.

Personally, I ran 80#s when on E85. I think 42s would be close to their limits, and fuel isn't something I would cut it close on.

42's will work down to about a 3.2 pulley.
Stay away from the ebay and Amazon injectors. They are cheap Chinese trash.

So bite the bullet and get a set off of a vendor. Will a stock fuel pump keep up with 42's has 155k on it

Yes, as long as it's a healthy pump. A healthy pump will support at least to a 3.0, usually more.

I had to go to a walbro 255 when I ran a pulley smaller than 3.2 because my fuel pump was leaning out.

Maybe your pump was weak?
I had to go to a 2.7 before I significantly started dropping fuel pressure at wot.

John at intense says he recommends 60's over 42's because of the negligible price difference and said that tuning them isn't too difficult. He also recommends a 255 pump to support them but I might try a to get away with my stock pump for awhile.
Is it completely a necessity to have a widenband after you switch to E85? It's on my short term plan regardless. I'm just trying to have all my ducks in a row before making the switch.
Also, will I not reap the full benefits of E85 without some valve train mods? ie, roller rockers or a cam? Or is it something that will give me a noticeable bump with proper tuning without a cam or rockers?

60's are about the same price as 42's, but you can run 42's without a tune which saves money. Like I said, a stock pump with a good rewire (caspers or racetronix) will take you a long ways.
Widebands aren't necessary. It won't help you at all unless you are the one tuning it, or you're sending datalogs to your tuner.
E85 works independently from the valve train. Cams will change the power band and increase power in the upper rpms. Rockers increase valve lift to let more air in and out, but they don't really change the power band. E85 works by cooling the intake air charge, allowing you to run more boost and timing than you would on premium fuel.
