So I recently did a topswap on my 2005 Buick Allure, and it runs real good. But for aome reaaon my injector pulse width just drops after 5700 rpm in WOT. I dont feel like its a sensor issue, and if I try to command more fuel it still just drops. This is causing leaning out. I checked the fuel pressure while going into WOT. It stays at 58-60 psi. I do have 60lb injectors in right now. I dont know if there is a bad ground or something else going on. Any ideas on where to start my diagnostics?

What software are you using to tune?

If it's HP Tuners, looking at the log would be helpful for me as I have that software.

Post the tune file as well.

Remove the 1 bar map channel and replace it with the 2 bar map channel so you can read boost in the scanner. I'm assuming you are running a 2 bar map. Something seems off if your wideband is correct. You are commanding 12's but your wideband it always in the 13's at WOT.

Here is the tune I currently have uploaded to it. I tried running a 2 bar map sensor, but it does not work. Car runs like **** and is hardly drivable. https://www.dropbox.com/s/m99bl1l4y0...0%20e.hpt?dl=0

So adding like 5% to the MAF curve up top hasn't helped with it leaning out?

The pulse width drops from like 9 to 7.5 but the o2 sensor drops from 900 down to 50.

Read the last post about why your 2 BAR map may not have worked for you.

These computers are so limited on what you can change and watch because they have so little data. But I could see an issue with the baro/map going screwy and causing it to lean out as it doesn't know exactly what is going on.

You talking about the baro sensor?? I will look into getting a second sensor setup for it. I dont know of its because the GTP has two map sensors or what. I didnt think my car had a baro, but I can read it.

So I added some fuel up top. And it did not help any. Injector pulse width still goes from 9 to 7 during WOT. Any other ideas?

Ya ive got a single bar map which is what the pcm ran with originally. I was thinkimg of making the fuel injectors smaller seeing if that would help.
