    The factory settings in the PCM are set so they will not come on. Although they can be changed by purchasing a tuned PCM or getting a tuner and doing it you're self.

    Thanks that helps who ever owned the car before me added performance shift as well so I think it has a tuned PCM

    Yep either they tuned it them selvs of they bought a PCM
