hello, I am still new to this l67 scene. so far on my 99 gtp i have done a complete tuneup with 1 step colder plugs, pacesetter headers (no cat), wizard intake, and a ported supercharger. i was thinking getting a boxed tune and a 3.4" pulley and being done with it. but meth injection kits look good and not that expensive. but reviews on here say they are a waste of money (or they were a few years ago) So i guess my questions are, is the 3.4" and be done the way to go, or could i go to a 3.3 with my current mods? and is meth worth it?

    thanks for your time

a 3.4 is the norm for just headers and a tune. meth works, we got guys running it and smaller pulleys, but your best to get a tuner and work on it yourself, a canned tune is not tailored to your car.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

Invest in a scangauge before really modding.

Knowing the car is healthy and being able to monitor knock/timing/temps etc etc is key to making sure you don't have problems down the road. Many motors have died because of broken pistons.

ok, this scan gauge thing has me confused... is it the same as like a torque pro on an android? or is it more than that? right now i have a wideband, boost, and oil temp in a pillar im about to put in. should i swap 1 out for a scan gauge?

I'd swap the oil temp for a aeroforce scangauge if you wanted to go that route.

It costs more but will fit right into the pillar pod. Has a few more parameters than the phone app and will start and run when you turn the car on with no need to have your phone out. I prefer it over a phone app for speed and ability to auto cycle through 8 different pids at one time.

Aeroforce scan gauge is easier to setup and use, I tub 2 of them in my pillar with a wide band, a boost gauge would be good too
